2. Making a contract with us:

2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

2.2 Once we have reviewed your order we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.

2.3 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

2.4 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. Whilst goods may be shown assembled they may require assembly by you.

3. How to place order

3.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.

3.2 Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.

3.3 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.

3.4 We use secure payment facilities for online purchases, using a trusted company.

3.5 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.

3.6 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.

3.7 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.

4. Delivery & Carriage Charges: Please read “Home Delivery Info” for specific information regarding home delivery; ie what can and can’t be delivered.

4.1 Goods will normally be dispatched to you within 1-3 working days. In the unlikely case that your order is deemed out of stock, or a mistake is made, it may take longer to ship the product from our supplier and then to you. In this case, it could take 3-5 working days. Refer to 2.3

4.2 Guns and weapons must be collected in person within 1 week of purchase, our address can be found above. All other goods, unless otherwise stated in the description, will be available for delivery in Mainland Britain only. Refer to “5.1” for further information.

4.3 Orders made before 12:00 will be processed the same day and ready for dispatch. Please refer to 4.1 for approx delivery times.

We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

4.4 Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.

4.5 After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to the store and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

4.6 Any goods damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours.

4.7 Free delivery is available for all orders over £50.

5. Age Restrictions

5.1 Age restrictions will apply to all crossbows, guns and knives. Two forms of ID are required (Photo ID) All purchases of weapons must be made at POS ( Point Of Sale ) in other words, over the counter, and you must be over the age of 18.

6. Cancellation and returns

6.1 Any faulty goods will be replaced, providing no obvious damage to the product is inflicted on your behalf.

6.2 In the event of a cancellation; if we have not yet shipped your product, we will refund full price within 7 working days. Otherwise, if it is a late cancellation, we will not be responsible for refunding postage costs, and it will be your responsibility to send us back the product in the same conditions as it was shipped.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
